Stay connected worry-free with our fast and reliable Wi-Fi network, available in every corner of the facility. Whether you want to share your vacation photos, work remotely, or simply surf in serenity, our connection is designed to meet every need. Plus, our staff is always available to help you.
Parasol and deck chair
The facility is within walking distance of beautiful free and equipped beaches, ideal for enjoying the natural beauty of Marina di Pisa. In addition, our panoramic solarium terrace, located on the third floor, is equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds to offer you unique moments of relaxation. We also have agreements with several private, fully equipped beaches in Tirrenia, only 6 km away, to offer you additional options. This service is available for a fee and can be requested at the reception desk.
Private parking
We provide reserved parking to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. Located in the internal courtyard of the structure, the parking lot is easily accessible and has ample space. This service allows you to enjoy your time without the stress of finding a safe place for your car. There is a charge for this service and while spaces last.
Fitness Room and Bike Rental
Get fit and explore the area actively with our services dedicated to wellness and mobility. Our fitness room features modern and versatile equipment, ideal for cardio and strength training in a welcoming and functional environment. Bicycles are an external service available for a fee and can be booked in advance along with your room. If booked upon arrival, a surcharge may apply.
Thanks to a partnership with a trusted provider, we offer our guests the opportunity to rent comfortable, well-maintained bicycles—perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside, enjoying nature, and visiting charming local villages.

Bike Hospitality & Guided Cycling Tours
Our property is certified Bike Hospitality by the Italian Cycling Federation, a recognition that guarantees dedicated services for cycling and bike tourism enthusiasts.
In collaboration with professional cycling guides, we organize guided tours to discover the surrounding area, suitable for different experience levels. Customized packages can be created for families, couples and groups, both for experienced cyclists and beginners, with routes designed to explore the territory through nature, villages and beautiful landscapes.
Group tours can also be arranged on request.
An external bike and e-bike rental service is available.
To ensure maximum comfort for cyclists, the property offers:
• a secure and dedicated bike storage area
• a bike washing area
• a maintenance station with bike stand and tools for small repairs
Relaxing recovery massages are also available upon reservation for an additional fee, ideal after a day of cycling.
Massages on the sea-view terrace

During the summer months, guests can book a 50-minute massage on our hotel’s stunning sea-view terrace, with at least one day’s notice.
For the entire duration of the treatment, the terrace will be reserved exclusively, ensuring a moment of complete peace and well-being.
After the massage, guests can refresh with a shower and continue relaxing while enjoying the view from a sun lounger with parasol, complimentary with the experience.
